1. We have recently come across a Steam Vapor Cleaner purveyors site which stated the Steam Temperature at 310° F, We feel this is very misleading as they did not mention that the temperature they were referring to was the temperature of the Water INSIDE the Boiler. We occasionally state the Boiler temperature on our models but we also state the more important Temperature, which is the Temperature at the Tip of the Nozzle, where the cleaning takes place!.

We believe that this competitors practice of only stating the Boiler temperature is meant to make you (the purchaser) believe that their machine is somehow hotter than a machine that states the Steam Vapor Temperature at the nozzle. BUYER Beware, and feel free to ask questions! We will always prove our Specifications as we verify them from the Manufacturers Specifications.

2. Recently we have become aware of an Internet competitor trying to create what we feel is confusion about steam vapor cleaners. We have noticed at least one web site adds a "Technical Specification" for "steam capacity" or "steam vapor capacity". This is not a specification that has yet been scientifically measured. In fact none of the Manuals from any of the manufacturers that we have viewed even list this as a "Technical Specification". "Vapor capacity" and "steam capacity" can not be measured like water capacity, and if you come across a web site that states a "steam capacity" or "vapor capacity" ask them to prove it by providing a manufacturers technical specification sheet or a laboratory test.

We believe that these merchants are trying to confuse the issue of water capacity with their term of "steam or vapor capacity" to make their machines appear either bigger, or better. We only deal in facts and all of our Technical Specifications can be measured and proven.

3. Another bit of misinformation we have recently come across, is the claim that a 1700 watt steam vapor cleaner will not run on normal 110/120v household current. Our most powerful 110/120v home use cleaner runs at 1700 watts and draws 14.1 amps. A properly wired standard 110/120v household current will carry up to 15 amps.
